Before you request a run, make sure you know the contents of our tutorial (see How to do a Run ) and that you have satisfied our experience requirements. Contact Dale with any questions.

Please fill out this form to request dates for the upcoming quarter. Requests are due on the 10th of the month six weeks prior to the start of the quarter (for instance, on August 15th for the October-November-December quarter). Request Breakfast Run dates separately by email.

We will accommodate your requests as best we can. Please put down alternate dates for each requested run. If you do not have an email address, please assign a co-coordinator who does have an email address and checks it regularly.
